Refund policy

Legal right to RETURN. 

Please read our store policy carefully before placing an order. We operate according to UAE law. Customers have the right to return items within 7 days of receiving the item. Items are eligible for an exchange only. You must inform us regarding your return within 24 hours of receiving the package.

it is NOT required by UAE LAW to allow returns if a customer has changed their mind. However, we do offer a 7 day RETURN ONLY - EXCHANGE ONLY policy for our clients.  Refunds are provided as store credit/exchange only.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging & all labels attached (as well as white "return policy" white plastic tag & card). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.To start a return, you can contact us at info@pantera-store.com within 24 hours of receiving the package.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issuesPlease inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Before shipping the package, we always take a picture of the item in order to have proof that the right item was sent, without any defects.

Exceptions / non-returnable itemsCertain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items, tailor/bespoke dresses and abayas), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards and bespoke/tailored items. All our abayas are tailor-made. Once the order is made - we start working on your beautiful abaya/dress, specially for you. ONLY items that are marked “IN STOCK” are available for exchange, the rest is considered “BESPOKE” for the client.

ExchangesThe fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, contact us in order to update us with your preference. You would need to cover the shipping costs associated with the order. You would also need to cover the shipping cost of the new - exchange order.
