Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

PANTERA operates in accordance with UAE Federal Consumer Protection Law.

Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

 

1. CHANGE OF MIND

Under UAE law, sellers are not obligated to accept returns where a customer has changed their mind.

Therefore:

• We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
• We ONLY offer exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval.

To be eligible for exchange/store credit:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed

  • All original tags, labels and security seals must remain attached

  • Item must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the package by email to:

Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

 

2. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

All items are photographed and quality-checked prior to shipment***

In accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law, if an item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged upon delivery

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.

After inspection and verification, PANTERA will offer one of the following remedies as required by law:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Refund (if repair or replacement is not possible)


3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Bespoke / tailor-made / custom pieces

  • Abayas made to order

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care products

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

Once production of a bespoke item has started, cancellation is not possible.

 

4. SHIPPING & FEES

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed defective.

  • Shipping fees for exchanges must be covered by the customer.

Refused deliveries will be subject to return shipping and handling deductions.

 

5. ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS


Once an order has been shipped or collected by courier, cancellations or modifications are not possible.
